Just some advice on the fixing of the nav mesh... Use NPC Clip brushes on props and things so you do not have to worry about them getting hung up. When you re-gen the nav mesh it will run a lot better. You can also go back and hand edit the mesh. But yeah I agree, it is a good idea to get the nav mesh working well.

hey mate, I'd be up for a game. i rent a telstra CSS server for my own testing so i can chuck it on there if you like.

m8nkey has kindly set up a server for me to test my map on so the last thing I need is a date. I'm trying to figure out I time that suits every playtester so I need all the play testers to let me know there perfect time to test my map. That means kkirspel, TheUnknownPredator, Plague, ROFLhacks, [frank], m8nkey, BubbleQ and The Giblets of Jesus have to specify a perfect time for themselves.

It seems I missed this thread. I'm up for throwing some testing down

Any time on the weekend is perfect for me, as I'm rarely busy. For the next couple weeks my weekdays are pretty free as well.

Come to chat, we playtest-of-the-moment a lot of random maps. Just post a link to the map and if it's an evening with a lot of people there will be usually 5- 6 people ready to playtest, maybe even host.

Yeah I mean that. also it dosn't mean you can't set up a fixed playtest session, I was more saying that if you just randomly feel like testing something then you should check out chat. Today is not a good day though, it being the 31st and all.

Sadly, m8nkey's server crashed just a few hours before the playtest was set to begin so until it is fixed the playtest it delayed.
