Yeah I'm gonna try. I'm expecting to be hella busy for a while though, I need to find somewhere to live, move house, and start my new job within the space of a few weeks lol

So uhhhh ... this is what the pillars looked like in UDK. There's some missing detail around the top that I didnt get to yet, but they basically look shit and I'm gonna re-do them in another style. It isnt fitting the vibe I'm shooting for at all. Sadface.

If it helps,
You could put some arcades around the center and have them embed into the shelves, then have some cool domed roof.
I think you would have to modify the shelves though.

Good call Plague, I'm thinking about doing something similar. The style is off base - I'm trying to go for a medieval asian / arabic style, but the idea itself is something I've been thinking about.
