you got a nice layout there ;) looks nice... don't forget about this http://optimization.interlopers.net/ its a good guide to optimize your map

Yea this map definitely has potential, it will be interesting to see what you do with this.

Hmm, I feel the railing models should be replaced with a bit shorter brush made railings. Other than that looks great so far good luck with the rest.

I believe your skybox is sideways. Make sure it has _hdr at the end of it in the map properties.

wow thanks ... I like to put tons of details to every part of the map, to make it look hyper realism as possible ... :)

I meant that in order to fix the skybox, you would need to make sure the suffix _hdr was at the end of the skybox name. Otherwise, your skybox's orientation will be sideways.

Not bad at all!
Put some slight rotation on the cars and cones. Nobody can park exactly in-line with the car next to them! :P
