Looks very original, but you should use model or brushwork for your wall and ceil, instead of this flat texture. It would be better, add some relief, should add specular to your tile floor too.

you should use more than one material for your stair

was thinking of redoing the stairs in a stone or marble texture
dont think wood would be that common in a hallway type room..

as for doing the ceiling in brush or model.. i thnk that would be a bit of a pain since the rooms arent "square" shaped and therefor it would require alot of work to make it fit

But this would really add details, I guess all ceil faces are the same scale. You could just make a 128*128 or 64*64 model and fit the ceil in a modular way. It doenst mater if some model go through wall...

Furthermore, lighting on this kind of ceil will be great, instead of actual "precalculated" lighting

Align those sloped wooden edges to the stairs with alt + right click!
Looks neat, though. I love seeing people try different themes in TF2

I don't like the ceiling texture. I'd rather have it more "bland/basic" than that chocolate pattern.

Thats not true when you also have to look at the building from outside... :P

Been playing around with the ceiling and made some "modular" models
ingame :

models in viewer:

The shadows fall strange on them and the texture could use some work

Edit : added a tad of reflection on the models

I think those black and white tiles are detracting from the tf2 look, I can see where you're coming from trying to make the marbling look simple and stylized but they are too noisy. I don't think that floor should even be tiled, wood with a long red carpet or something to break it up maybe? Other than that it looks good, a nice variation from all the desert maps.
