What are your plans? Is the end goal going to be a mirror's edge clone, or are you going to add something of your own to the game?

Mirror's edge was fun and novel, but you could tell that even dice felt that their freerunning was not a compelling enough mechanic to base the whole game around. There were a lot of puzzles and combat to break things up.

Haha, thanks Bekey.
But Stoopdapoop, I don't really have plans yet. This was just to test my skills in sdk_gamemovement.cpp.
But haha, today, I got an idea, problably a bad one, but still.
There are two team, Freerunners, and haters..
Haters have jetpacks, and freerunners dont. Then the game's about the freerunners to get from point a, to point b, where the Haters gonna stop em'. Terrible idea, but the best I could come up with..
Do you have something better, tell me! xD

A simple concept that could be fun if done right. If you want to improve/test your skills you should really go for it and see where it goes.

Well you could probably get the basics down, but what I mean is that it could be hard making it really tight and balanced enough to actually be fun. Right now the wall climbing looks very simple and slightly buggy.
