Those table and chairs look outta place. The tunnel/hallway seems very dark from the pics. Looks too neat and clean for that type of map. Looks like you spent all your time on the outside and none on the insides. Brush works looks very clean and sharp.

The outdoor looks very nice.

This one is just too neat and tidy. You need to mess it up. Add props, dust, particles, take out the straight lines and smash the walls a bit.

Other than that the outdoor looks very nice. The architecture is very cool. You still need to mess it up and add detail to your BSP just like I typed above.

The indoors need a lot of work, though:

This room is not so good. It looks luxurious, but it doesn't look natural. The cieling is very short, the lights are not that well-placed, and the props just don't look right. The wall texture makes it look like the room was carved out of a big rock. I suggest changing the theme of this room a bit. Add some wood and a decent floor and ceiling.

I only got to see something after I turned up my monitor's brightness to maximum. It is way too dark. Perhaps it look okay in-game, I don't know.
Anyway, look at the way the walls meet the ground. It isn't very convincing. Try playing with the textures and don't be afraid of changing them again and again.

Other than that, it seems you've put a lot of work into it. It looks good, keep it up. If you work hard you might as well turn this into an asskicking map.

Looks....cleane.

If it's a dust map then it's way to clean

Use some overlays, decals and get some junk on the street.

Looks alright so far, I would say work on the insides. Maybe make it a little brighter outside to give it a good feel. And add an env sun.

Dark for CS in the basement, the indoor prop choice isnt very nice, and the outside is kinda bright, me thinks... Though it is a nice attempt, xi?
