Seeing as its a dock, I think you should put a lighthouse right here.

The environment at the dock follows more this sort of environment:

I'm not too sure if a lighthouse fits an industrial shipping dock with warehouses...and also, the rotating lights would pretty much be defunct as it's set during the day.

Looks really nice, I would play it if I could. I also look forward to seeing this with detail(texture, final lighting pass, CSM).

So, I finally got around to playing this. First off, it was a really solid map to play. Very enjoyable, and while there's a few niggles the overall layout is very solid. An excellent map, because it's been planned and tested properly. The version I played is nearing final, so there isn't really much I can pick out as flawed - I don't play much CSS after all. I felt it was a bit easy for the CTs to get a quick stranglehold over the Ts and double back around them, but I don't think there's a huge amount that can be done about that. The warehouse could do with double doors on the T entrance side - I would often go down the alley rather than through the warehouse because I wasted precious seconds clipping on the door.

Don't forget the warehouse racking exploit as well!

Aside from that, I can't really pick anything out at the moment. The changes you've made since you took these pictures have really brought it up to scratch.

Cheers for the feedback!
Yeah I'll make the T's entrance to the warehouse double-doors and will remember to clip the shelves.

And thanks to everyone else who played, tonight was a really great playtest, and I feel the map is pretty much done gameplay-wise :)

I'll do one or two more over the weekend just to smooth out some cracks!

That totally reminds me of the docks from Mirrors Edge. I wouldn't be surprised if they used a similar type of location as a reference when creating that part of the game.

I can't exactly say how, but the edges to the road on T-mid look really choppy in one area. If I actually liked CS I would play it. Who knows maybe I will when I can get my hands on CS:GO.
