For the second one I would make some kind of slope downward towards the middle of the room and put some big pipes down there. Since you could also add in some cool blue lighting down there or something it would add a nice touch. From the ceiling lights in combination to the lights underneath the pipes, it would make for an interesting part of the map. Put some paneling/walkways above the pipes and have other areas exposed.
Looking great but that is just an idea that would definitely change the look of that room to look moar industrial.

EDIT: Oh might wanna make that point_spotlight a little more translucent seen towards the back in the first pic. Seems a little stark in comparison to the rest of the scene. Only thing I could think of otherwise.
