I'm working through many of the suggestions you made. Some are easy to get in, others will be harder, but I will be able to work through most of your call-outs. Thanks again.

This was a pretty fun map to play on. Really big, too. Almost too big. Some little things bugged me like over usage of decals (things like the drain pipes in the wall) but it was pretty good all in all.

Thanks for the feedback. It's not quite done either, so if you have any other suggestions please let me know. I haven't worked on it in a little while but will resume, and finish work on it soon.

One comment: the stairs in this image are way too straight edged. Use displacements (subdivision maybe?) and make them a little more rounded and worn looking.

thanks for the feedback. someone else mentioned that as well, and from this perspective they really stand out. at the very least I can just round the edges.

I don't have cs go so can't play it I like the lighting a lot... From the screenshots the buildings look really flat and blocky

And did you really just use the same church again from your other map? :-D Image

Yes it's the same church, but I reskinned it and used different decals (same geo, yes). I made it out of brushes for my L4D campaign --I'm not a "modeler", but to me I consider it my own asset, for me to use :)
