Hey all,

So seeing Moroes and 3DNJ's work on the Siege remake inspired me to do some cs mapping of my own. Here's a few shots from my new project, a small-ish map set in a Museum, in a bustling city not unlike NYC. I'm planning some really fun stuff for the museum interior.

I'm also looking for some help from any talented 2d or 3d artists, let me know if it piques your interest.

looks like more effort put in to this map than the average HPS map, visually that is :)

Hey guys!

So it's been a little while since my last post, here are some things I've been working on. New skybox, and a preview of the interior (sans-Tyrannosaurus MotherFeckin Rex)

In other news, PenE and 3DNJ are going to help realize some of the custom content for the map. My gratitude to them for that! You can see some of PenE's texturing in the interior shot (some of it is old yucky placeholder, though).

What do you think?

I dunno something I think that would be awesome and different is to model some key weaker, structural points to which ever buildings are going to have the bombsites and some explosion/buildings gib animations that would be toggled when the bombs go off. I am really liking it so far though, and that's the only thing I could think of that would royally top the whole thing off. This is of course if you are going for that over the top quality, cause in all other respects I saw you have done well.

Just imagine running out of an exploding building as one of the terrorists? Would be cool would it not? Otherwise I say it looks marvelous and I am looking forward to playing this. Who knows someday I may actually be good at Counter-Strike.

That reflections in the glass in the last screenshot could really benefit from a higher resolution cubemap.

It all looks stellar. Really great job.
