Custom Ambient Generics

I have a dripping wav that I imported into my map and made the ambient_generic loop it - but it only plays once. What else do I have to do?

Un-Check the "Does Not Loop" flag. If that doesn't work, make sure that you don't have any cue points in your .wav.

You have to put cue points in your WAV file before importing it into your map. Then un-check the "Does not loop" flag.

Use Goldwave to put in cue points. I just did this with some frog samples this week and worked like a charm.

the does NOT loop was already unchecked. I'll look into cue points.

Another problem- I had virius and had to re-installed everything. Now none of my custom wavs shows up in the browse and my tested maps no longer play my custom wav.

Steam is updated, what did I forget?
