Problem with custom voice files

So, I was using kyl's tutorial (http://www.interlopers.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=26857) and I was going through just fine, making sure everything was correct and checking twice. Then, I cam to the part where I upload my sound into faceposer and it came to me with this error:


When I play the scene in game, it doesn't work; however, when I do the phonemes it plays just fine. But not in faceposer or in game. Can anyone help me?
