Looking For A Relatively Proffesional Composer

Hey again y'all, I've been doing some work on a custom map series for half life 2, and am wondering if there are any people out there with some experience on making custom music. I'm going for quite a creepy feel, and the maps are based around a large wasteland. If anyone out there is willing, tell me, and we'll work something out. For inspiration, I found some music that really has the kind of feel I want (first 20 seconds or so)
