Location of CSS audio files?

Specifically, I want to find the .wavs of the bomb ticker.
I'm going to try and make a song with it in FL Studio.

Many Source games published through steam have their content in .GCF or .VPK files. They're like a .zip, but different. For example, you might look inside:

c:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\counter-strike.gcf

You can use GCFScape to look inside and extract files. You'll probably find it under cstrike/sound/ somewhere.
