Model crashes players on suicide

Hello.
I've got a slight problem. The custom admin model/skin I've made for the server I play in CS source, keeps crashing other clients when someone using that skin suicides, other than that it works perfectly. The server is running Zombie Mod.

It's the original Terrorist leet model, extracted straight from the counter-strike source client.gcf and then decompiled and recompiled with custom skin paths.
