It's not from Richmond, those shots are from her sister station a little further south. Richmond is supposedly in MUCH better shape than this station, and is much more... secure. I have yet to actually look for a way in to the Richmond station.
Anyway, the vastness of the building is overwhelming. Photographs do NOT do it justice, as I walked up to it (and soon after, inside of it), I was taken aback by the sheer scale of the building. The main room, if I had to hazard a guess, is over 50ft tall, with a lower-floor (actually at ground level) dropping down another 30 or so feet. The corridors and ruined rooms are like a labyrinth, and despite visiting the building twice, for about 4 hours each time, I still feel like I've only scratched the surface.
It's far from silent, with water constantly dripping, small birds flying about, and the sound of your footsteps ricocheting off of the walls. Occasionally, I'd swear I hear voices, somewhere far off in the bowels of the building.
As for the smell, I haven't the slightest idea. I kept a respirator on my face for most of the time

Oh, and what's the map for? I'd love to see it
