Yeap. I use a magical work around though. I use custom FGD's in ep2s configuration along with ep2s. I put all of my models and materials in ep2 also! And i can easily mod without crashes and flawless no-errorness! So all in all its still mapping for my mod. And the mod itself works with the codebase of 2007.
