Seeking an animator & rigger

Ok,

I have 5 models, 4 of them are rigged, and have 1/2 assed animations - i am looking for some one that can tweak (or replace if your not a tweaking sort of person) these animations.

I also have a player model that has no rigging or animations that i would like some one to animate for me.

All mesh, and skins are done - i don't know how to model, animate, or rig, so i am after a single person to run through them, or a few people.

Models are in Max 7 / Maya 6 format that need animations, the other one is in Max 8 DXF format.
