Model not precached

So I'm trying to get the headless horseman bot to spawn in a custom map, but I end up getting this precaching error when I run the map. How can I fix the precache error?

My theory; some models require to get cached and when you spawn them using the console they don't get cached since you're adding them real-time to the level, adding them in hammer to a level, compiling them and then playing that map should precache them during the map load, I think.

In the model should be precached in the headless code, so if that isn't loading, the rest of his code probably isn't loaded either. Maybe there is a date lock for halloween or something.

This has happened since the end of halloween, you can manually precache it with sourcemod to prevent errors.

Well, not every server has Sourcemod, so would there be an alternate way to precache it automatically while or before the map is loading? Something like a config file that is executed at map launch?

I'd hate to have a map that relies on people installing server mods or pre-configuring console commands to make it work.
