Quick help!

Yello... Ok this will be quick and painless I got this working before but somehow forgot how to edit this It's the new game prompt in the main menu. How do I edit this section again, say for example block out the chapter 2. I know how to edit and add each level in the cfg folder.... I also can't unlock the third chapter even after playing it... but that probably goes a long with what I'm missing...

Nice, that get my one level chapter 3 unlocked now how do I reset these values to clear the none completed ones? Thanks for that command..
