That's your problem
Anyways, there's this problem with most Medion computers that must get their driver from the Medion driver database. Look on their website and find one that fits your graphics card. If you get your driver from Nvidia's page, that could be the reason. If you are getting them from Nvidia's site and they're working this way and the Medion drivers didn't help, just stick to the Nvidia ones. They're usually a little more up to date.
If you can't find one, I'll look on their website too.
