World model rotation driving me insane

I recently just picked up modding again and I made a simple flashlight weapon, everything is coded and fine but this has been a constant problem anytime I've tried to make weapon replacements and its driving me INSANE.

As you can see the models rotation is off and no matter what I try I CANNOT get it to change.. Ive googled everything I can think of, the bone name is ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand, tried the rotation -90 in the .qc, tried freezing rotation in 3dsmax. If anyone can shed ANY light on this I would be most grateful!

Have you tried rotating the bone?
