yeah, that's the trouble I had.....the decompiler doesnt seem to like the beta SDK. I had to revert to the old SDK (hassle)

ahh. im on the verge of releasing a triple map release(cs:s, dod:S, hl2:dm ports), but once this is done, i will get back to you on this model thing. i appreciate the help so far

ok i emailed you the model

edit:

i figured out how to get the model into milkshape, and i put the face bmp in there and when i view it in milkshape, the texture on the face is fine. so this means its the compile back to mdl thats screwing it up? not sure how to fix this

ok its fixed. cannonfodder said that you have to recompile the face texture for it to work, the one in the gcf won't work.
