ahh. im on the verge of releasing a triple map release(cs:s, dod:S, hl2:dm ports), but once this is done, i will get back to you on this model thing. i appreciate the help so far
i figured out how to get the model into milkshape, and i put the face bmp in there and when i view it in milkshape, the texture on the face is fine. so this means its the compile back to mdl thats screwing it up? not sure how to fix this
