Do you really think that the ahole is going to confide in you that he did infact steal the model? It is fair to say that most theives are also liars. You may believe that he is your friend but cmon, this is the Internets, people still remain annonymous for the most part.
If you cannot tell that the works is stolen from the evidence shown then you are blind.
This single image proves beyond a reasonable doubt IMO.
