If you look close you see that the wireframe image has black lines around it. I was just bieng lasy and didn't want to remove the skin :P

now this isn't a usable game model, but this is what a little bit of tinkering around in blender can do...

you shouldent put [img] tags on images you have on deviantart. for some reason it has a tendency not to work.

post a link or upload to imageshack or somthing.

I've made the carrying handle a bit thiner since this, by the way. I also fixed the holes in the forearm.

But I would maybe smooth out the part at the end (?) where it looks like just one polygon.

Add more polies and smooth it out and add definition to it :)

Jeez reeke, is there anything you are not good at? Do you have any tips on modeling melee weapons, When crysis comes out my buddy and I are going to make a RPG mod out of the engine.

Unfolding mechs (aka transformers) are frikking impossible in 3d. Maybe there is a better way to do it, but I tried to make one as all one model...god damn it was hard.

you (and everyone else) should look at this, it is just some of the sickest modeling i have ever seen.
