Bricks are not beveled and the mortar gaps are much smaller, think 10-15mm

That depends on what look he's going for Ale. Depending on if he's going for a realism art style or something completely different, that must also be taken into account.

To be honest source-maps it reminds me more of natural stone, like with how smooth the edges on those bricks are. It does have a nice sorta appeal though. A light spec map and running a parallax as well I think would suit it perfectly. Brick doesn't have to be limited to how common day masonry looks, that is unless that is what you are trying to replicate.

A while ago my dad built a bar in my parents basement. I designed a logo for it and made some tshirts. Today I had a decal made and put it on the mirror behind the bar.

It is an etched glass vinyl. I so want to build something like this some day!

Hi interlopers I studied music composition for many years though I have always liked making art, level design is my favourite. This is some of my artwork I have never shown really. Some I have, they were created over the years I wanted to share if that is okay. Some are cropped due to being A3 and then scanned, was done on paper.

They are in the style of manga/cartoon using pencils, pens and colouring pencils some 2D level design.

Castlevania 2D level design one should note each section is on only a A4 size piece of paper scanned and roughly put in an art program. It is all rushed all done in Pen meaning any mistakes one is doomed. I sometimes wished I had an undo button.

Chaple1 Here there is about 12 A4 pages stuck together the actual size of this area is more than 30/40 A4 pages. To many to scan. The corner at the lower right is really the other end of the area. I put it there because it has details.

This area is called the rock room it is a standard room that appears in many castlevania games. Only those who have played some Castlevania games will understand this room.

Goddammit POB. You've got dedication AND skill. I love your work. You put immense amounts of time into everything, from drawing zelda fan art to learning to model to posting on a shitty forum no one visits. How do you do it? How much time did you spend on, say, the Castlevania designs? Do you live in a cave on a mountain somewhere and have people bring you food and internet? Why are you so goddamn productive?

GIVE ME YOUR BRAIN

EDIT: Recien vi tu DeviantArt, eres de España? Cual parte de?

It's quite simple really. I want to be a professional level designer. I want this to be my job.
