I don't know if its supposed to but it looks kind of like an Anime picture. Was this intended??

Also it might help in future if you draw a line down the middle of the face following the curvature of the head so you get everything in line.

she has a bit of an evil chin/face thing I don't know what exactly, but you should make her a bit more round/smoother. Nobody wants to get on top of that
