StudioMDL collapsing bones?

StudioMDL collapsing bones?

When I try to compile my model, StudioMDL outputs 'Collapsed 53 bones' and then when I try to load it up in the model viewer only the base bone moves.

What could be causing this? I'm trying to use the spy's set of scripts to compile it because the model is pretty similar to his and I'm going to be using the spy's animations.
