Help fixing bones not in scale

How do I fix this shit?

$surfaceprop   metal

$scale 5

$cdmaterials   "models\ze_mario64"

$body mybody   "chainchomp.smd"

$sequence idle "chainchomp.smd" loop fps 1
$sequence waitting "chainchomp_idle.smd" loop fps 170

I scaled up the model by 5. But it shouldn't be a problem since $scale, scales up all the SMDs under the line.
