Found a site with a lot of plane blueprints. There are far too few planes modelled! :P Not really tutorials, but I thought starting a thread for it would be stupid.

I found an incredible weapon modeling tutorial that covers making a handgun model, texturing it, and animating it for use in a source game; I'm about halfway through it and it's fucking incredible, running you through everything. Here are some links:
