Battletech: Mobile Infantry

Postby RIFT on Wed Jan 05, 2005 3:51 am

We are looking for a coder or two to add to our mod team. We have a lead coder already, so you would not be our first or only coder. Our team has come a long way on the mod in a short time, so to fill our needs the team needs to grow.

Our mod is called Battletech: Mobile Infantry and is based on the Battletech games and books. There will be infantry and battle armor, such as the Elemental. There is no need for any previous knowledge of Battletech, just the ability to code :)

Feel free to ask me any questions, stop by the site, or email me at rift555@hotmail.com

Thank you,

i just want to make sure that you have thought about copyright's.
It's just a waste of people's time if you don't think about it and atleast check that you are infact allowed to make a mod based on someone elses material.

Your concern in completly understood. WizKids has been contacted and all is right in the Battletech world. I have come to find out that the Battletech universe is much more liberal than most other games/entertainment groups.

Yess yeah, but i reckon that was a bit more advanced that IF - THEN - ELSE statements wrapped about FOR NEXT loops, with the odd database connection thrown in for good measure, which is about the limit of my abilities. Oh, and arrays! don't forget the arrays!
