Dear all uneducated buffoons here is the story;

A man called Clive has a chrysanthemum that he loves. One day his chrysanthemum that he loves dissapears without trace. This causes him to have a mental breakdown caused not only by the disappearance of his chrysanthemum but also the death of his prize winning avocado in his vegetable patch - this is what tips him over the edge.

So he goes crazy. Some men in white coats take him to a padded room in a crazy house. Clive knows if he is ever to discover where his beloved chrysanthemum is he will have to battle himself. He realises that the only way out is to battle himself, to battle the mind cookies. It is the mind cookies that make him crazy they rule his mind. So he has to go into his own head to find and destroy all of the mind cookies that lie within.

He knows if the cookies win, the world will face SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. It's one mans mission, one mans BATTLE for freedom, for justice, for a chrysanthemum.

People that didn't already know the details should be ashamed. The story is burned into my mind for all time.

ad.... i think at some point clive should work together with the thing in your avatar to retrieve a lunchbox from a 6 legged tiger....

WAIT: better idea you should have to work together with him in the paper world because the cookies have made everything go paper and he was his fur back so you battle all the cookies and then you save the day and everything goes back to normal and unpapery.

Yes I probably will when uni comes around again but it's not MY mod it's OUR mod so if I leave someone else take up the mantle. This is the mod for people just to do bits and bobs whenever.

Yeah texture that little sexy monkey I like the look of it a lot, you need any textures?

How about a Mech made of cookies, shooting the dairy equivalents of lasers and bolts.

You could at least leave your .vmf's I mean how are we supposed to package it if we finish it without you? Woah I just got the most awesome-ness-t idea that will never be able to happen, what if, we made, this mod, into a, SVN! People could download it, and we could add more to the story when ever we get around to it, that way it may never end! Well I would end when people get bored with it, but... IT WOULD BE ENDLESS DLC! Bleh, we would have to have 2 or 3 levels to release first, and some dedicated members to keep it alive though...

No, I'll make due with the stock textures and get it sorta-textured. I'll do some custom wood for the details near the door and window in the front, then upload. If someone wants to sink some time into it and make custom textures be my guest :P

If you guys are serious about setting up an SVN I'll do it for ye. Here are the options:

1. Someone with a fast computer and a fast upload speed hosts SVN.
Advantages:
Free (no additional costs to owner hopefully)
easy to maintain
Disadvantages:
Slow unless the person has ridiculously fast upload speeds, and it'll affect they owners own usage.
Doesn't work if they turn off their computer
Not a reliably permanent solution
2. Use google code to host the project.
Advantages:
Free Fast and reliable
Disadvantages:
It becomes an open source project, and all code and assets must have an open license.
3. Get a VPS package and setup SVN on it.
Advantages:
Fast and reliable
Disadvantages:
Cost - http://www.inmotionhosting.com/vps_hosting.html
4. Get a SVN specific host
Advantages:
Reliable
Disadvantages:
Cost (but pretty low) http://www.svnhostingcomparison.com/

If we do do this I vote we go with google code, I mean Galactoptigon is doing it and I haven't really seen anything stolen from them yet. But this idea should come when we have a lot more content.
