Creating a Mod for Portal?

I need help with setting up a mod for Portal. I know basic knowledge of what to edit and such, as well as the mapping, but I have two questions.

First one is straightforward: How do you make a mod for Portal? 2009 engine does not support modding yet.

Second one: How do you make a scene for logic_coreographed_scene? I know it involves Faceposer but how specificlly? Can someone link me a good, detailed tutorial?

On a side note: the Portal map I've shown in map pimpage thread is NOT in this mod, the map is just for fun.

For portal, you just need to make a folder in Sourcemods with the proper gameinfo.txt to make a mod.
And for faceposer, the VDC has a nice tutorial on it. You basically just make an actor named aperture_ai and assign it a wav file, then rebuild scenes.image.

Are you suggesting I simply copy Portal's files into a new folder, edit the gameinfo.txt put it in Sourcemods and it will run?

Ok, second one seems easy enough. Thanks!

EDIT: Ok I figured it out, forgot you can mount content. =P

anyway I checked out the logic scene but it doesn't specify how you should go about naming your scene, does it have to be a specific name or setup, like "Portal.myscene"?
