A quick extra you can add is an exclamation point in front of impact_fx in particles_manifest. This will fix cl_new_impact_effects.

It would be nice if you removed all the crap from your mod, from this. Make it truly a base mod.

Yes that is good but you might want to list everything then? By crap I mean "stuff people will want to delete"

I wouldn't, it's there to learn from. Though, a list of all of it might be a good idea, so they don't include any of your stuff if they release the mod.
