
The mod "Operation Lambda" is currently looking for skilled developers to join the team

Operation Lambda is a total conversion modification of Half-life 2, it is set on the homeworld of the Combine. You play the part of a scientist from Black Mesa who disappeared in mysterious circumstances. Operation Lambda follows the scientist's journey through Xeros (the Combine Homeworld), the debris of Black Mesa and we witness the beginning of the 7 Hour War.

Our team is very well unite together, and there is a lot of communication. We have weekly meetings where we discuss development, and plans for the mod. We also have a forum for developers, SVN repositories, and easy to use fast-sharing DropBox folder.

›Advanced environiment textures authoring skill
›Advanced knowledge of Valve texture tools and formats (.vtf, .vmt)

›Advanced drawing skills
›Must know use of Computer-Aided painting tools (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Gimp)
›Ability to generate concept on request, based off screenshots of work-in-progress maps or models
›Ability to deliver high quality work in short time spans
~ Mapper
›Advanced knowledge of general level design theory
›Advanced knowledge of Source Engine's Hammer Editor
›Model authoring abilities a plus
~ Modeller
›Advanced knowledge of one or more 3D modelling tools (Maya, 3dsmax, Blender, Modo)
›Knowledge of how to export and compile working models for the Source Engine
›Ability to UV-Unwrap a model in the most efficient way.
›Model texturing abilty a plus
