Eternal Silence needs more managers!

Hey guys!

As you are all keenly aware of, Eternal Silence is under new management, and we're seeking new members!

Having divided mod development in departments, we're looking for awesome people of the "I'm the boss!"-quality to head a few of them, as previous leaders have gotten otherwise occupied.

Straight to the point: We need new leaders for the mapping department and the art department. The responsibilities include recruiting people to fill the department, firing people who aren't doing what they're supposed to, and making sure everything is running smoothly! It's actually a very good challenge, and not boring, like I just made it sound.
