GravityGunVille Mapping Competition

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce my newest mapping competition called GravityGunVille.

This competition will be judged by three professional level designers, so not only do you have a chance to win $100 but you'll also get your map briefly critiqued by people who know what they are talking about!

Says on that page that the map can't be made visible before the competition is finished, does that mean no wip threads? And an actual cash prize might actually get people to enter for once, nice idea.

It says the map can't have been released, which means you can have WIP threads if you want.

ALL of my previous mapping competitions have had a cash prize.

I think the weapon limit is unrealistic, and you need to define 'limited ammo'. I don't know if I can have a gravgun, crowbar, and pistol. Or if I can only choose a crowbar or pistol.

It specifically states in the rules:

9. You may also have the crowbar,in addition to the Gravity Gun and one other weapon that requires ammo.

Still, I'd like to have more than one other weapon, like a pistol, smg, and crossbow.

Well then you'd like to wait for another competition. That's the point of it, narrow criteria to make judging fairer and to make it a challenge.
