As I recall, you somewhat trolled Facepunch in terms of how you handled that last recruitment process, calling it a huge publicity stunt, that eventually went awry.
But going with what you've presented here, I'd like to first suggest: Don't call yourself "entertainment at a professional standard" because you are not professional. Grim Jim seems to be your guys very first project. While I can somewhat respect the determination and seriousness to the idea, it's not going to be doing you any favors until you've gone out and released something quality under your belt.
Secondly, I'm 99% sure you guys aren't going to find programmers, and at least if you do, not a very good one. The source community is pretty limited with programmers right now, with all of the high quality projects already consuming their time and such. Ontop of that, coming from someone who does program, I don't feel what you currently have available to look at on your moddb page would make me want to join, and for that matter others in general.
And what I mean in general is really by in terms of everyone you are looking for. I'd recommend actually having some more solid media. Having some models of chairs and desks does not by any way indicate you actually have a mod. You have the determination to obviously create a mod, but the current content created is not a mod. In all honestly it's a couple of low poly models that aren't that great, an idea that's soggy and entirely untested and likely still on a Design doc, and a banner that has a guy wearing a hoodie.
The fact of the matter is you're still in the conceptual stage. I'd recommend spending some time modding with the few amount of people you currently have on your team, or even alone if you will. Find out if you genuinely like Source modding, and if you're going to stay for the long run. After having something much more solid than currently, come back and try again.
You might think you're going to see the project through, but in all honesty the Source engine is going to change your perspective on things whether you like it or not, or even want it.
