Character Skins Needed...

Care to say what / how they should look like?

Well, one of the NPCs and the player model, both, are of the same character--David Walker. I would describe David Walker as being in his mid-30's, with a shaven head and course five o'clock shadow, and wearing a gray t-shirt (...with "Army" stenciled on the front), dark brown cargo pants, and desert camo combat boots.

The other NPC is of an extraterrestrial race called the Evuhn'Khar, and I would describe them as a gray skinned race with inch thick, bony protrusions that resemble a really bad case of eczema. They're wearing tan, thick hooded robes.

Do you want skins of the citizen models or actual new sleeveless models? You need a very detailed description and photo references, mid-30's clean shaven head doesn't cut it.

I'd imagine it would be easier to simply reskin one of the citizen models, however...I do need a rather somewhat specific look for the character. Below are three photos and an illustration; forgive the crudity of the illustration:
