Maintenance Update for SMArcade

I released a maintenance update for Source Media Arcade 2 last week and also posted the new version of the mod on GameBanana.com for download.

If you already have an older version installed, you'll be auto-notified on how to update next time you start the mod.

This maintenance fix addresses a few issues that have been introduced since the last revision. This includes Steam changing the commands required to get your Multiplayer servers listed on the master list, as well as TheMovieDb.org changing their API.
