Help mounting CSTRIKE!

Hey guys I'm hoping that I'm posting in the correct section of the forum.

I'm creating a mod using Source Engine 2009.

What I want to do is be able to use Textures and Models from Counter-Strike Source in Hammer Editor for this mod in addition to those from Half-Life 2, EP1, and EP2.

Currently, I have my "Game Configurations" to mount the "Game Data files" of $SteamUserDir\sourcesdk\bin\source2009\bin\base.fgd and $SteamUserDir\sourcesdk\bin\source2009\bin\halflife2.fgd (because I couldn't spawn npc entities w/o it).

I tried mounting $SteamUserDir\sourcesdk\bin\source2009\bin\cstrike.fgd, but I was unable to find any CSS models or textures afterwards. I tried restarting Steam and Source SDK but I still couldn't find what I was looking for.

Suggestions? Or is this even possible?

Putting the fdg only puts the entities in hammer. So you can place hostages and stuff. IN order to do what you are trying to do you have to extract the files from the pak files and place them in your mod folder. Keep in mind that technically only people with those games are aloud to play your mod. I say technically because valve will likely not come after you for releasing multiple games content with your mod, but it is not exactly legal...

Add cstrike as a gamepath in your gameconfig.txt

And I believe you mean Source 2007, since you can't make mods on Source 2009 ;)
