Who are we?
Young professionals in the mod community looking to hire mappers to spend time creating great maps for our personal use. Nothing we release is commercial. We pay per map, and we provide fair treatment and will work with you to help design the map completely. We are not looking for time wasters, we are looking for experienced, talented mappers with creativity who want to make some
decent side money doing what they do best.

Who are you?
Hopefully an experienced Source mapper who enjoys mapping and modeling, who wants to make some very decent money for your
time spent. Someone who is not swamped with school/work or other projects. Finding work is hard in this global economy, we have endless amount of private work for you.

Requirements:
-Must be a high quality mapper (8/10) experienced in Source SDK. You must be among the best, someone very experienced in modeling and optimizing also is a plus.
-Must have Skype, Microphone and willing to communicate in English (Broken English is Fine).
-Must be able to show completed maps, map work, models or must be able to demonstrate ability live.
-Must be able to map at least 3 days a week when starting a project.

Important:
-You must be at least 18 years old.
-We don't care about your SDK hours.
-We don't want to work with anyone who doesn't want or need money.
-We don't need mappers adding us and complaining that this isn't the right thing to do. We heard it before and don't care. People have the right to make money off the talent they have, we make it fair as possible and they can always say "no".
-We do not handle any taxes with you, we just send the payment. We do not write off any work you do also. It is your job to handle your own taxes if applicable.

Furthermore, I require proof. Solid fact. Who mapped for you, when, did they recieve money, why can you afford to give them that much per map, what's done with the map, how do you generate profit, why shouldn't I ask for a percentage cut?

Why is there no trace of you or your operation online? Why do you not have a site, or at the very least a mission statement? Where is this 'well-known' reputation of which you speak? Who even are you?

You claim you've been well known in the mod community for 4 years yet I don't think anybody has ever heard of you. No moddb, no website, private steam profile, first post. Don't waste your time? Don't waste OUR time, we're not fools. This is 1000% either a scam, or a horribly written post by someone who has no idea what they're doing. We've seen these before, and for someone who claims they've been active you should know that. Start right off the bat naming who you've worked with and what you've done.

Right.. So how do you make money from this? is it for a game or to sell the maps separately and do you have a Source license.

Also no website? Show us some examples of earlier work. This is really important for people that might want to work for you to see if they like the projects or not and if they reach the quality your asking for. Because 8/10 says nothing, there is no game studio on planet earth using that kind of measurements.
