Zombie Panic! Media Release

Postby ad_hominem on Sun Jan 18, 2009 11:28 pm

A whole host of new images have been released by the Zombie Panic! Source team, focusing on some of the new player models and maps that are being worked upon. On top of this, new videos showing animations and some ambient music have also been provided.

Pretty obvious the pants are sagging below the waist line and will be tightened so they don't float like clown pants on invisible suspenders as it's a WIP :)

Thanks for the post Ad.

Models look great, but the maps look like they are lacking a bit. Also the screenshot looks like it was taken above the playing zone and it seems like there's a few roofs with nodraw on them, you should clean that stuff up for screenshots.

Well that makes it official. No More Room In Hell is dead. DarthBrush took his mall map to L4D, and is now taking his city map to ZP. RIP NMRiH, you would've been the best zombie game ever.

Just wanted to point out that the Deadcity map by Darth brush is NOT City of dawn (NMRIH map), I think he's using that map for his L4D campaign as well. The Deadcity map was meant for ZPS since early stages (was first planned as a nmrih map but he figured he had already made bunch of maps for them so he donated it to us months ago). The harvest map however is the one from NMRIH and I hope that Nmrih fans will appreciate that they will be able to play it in some Zombie themed game atleast. I sure am glad, it's a great map.

RIP Nmrih! I was really looking forward to it.
