Also there has been a Steam update which includes a nice new map for everyone to enjoy. It's titled dm_runoff and you can check some images below:

I thought the new map was great! It always amazes me how a simplistic design can be soooo good. Go Valve!

I would say it is VERY loosely based on Crossfire, haha. Only thing simular was the nuke. I stood outside to see how they would do it, pretty darn cool!

I don't like file planet either, but I am still waiting in line to DL the movie, can't wait to see it!

ahhhhhhh! that movie did suck, grrrrrr. the only thing I was excited about while watching it was new textures and new models?? (from inside the church) YES!!!!!

and the poison headcrab through the stained glass was kinda cool also.....

runoff is pretty hawt. a bit model-heavy, but it doesnt look or run bad. not sure if any one else did but i sure didnt make a connection between the earlier news thing about the crossfire style map and the recent one about this map

About the new dm_runoff:
I hate it.
When I first read that they were planning a Crossfire inspired map I got pretty stoked, but when I realized that its worse than "my first Source map" then I got really disapointed.
Even the contest winners was better, and runoff plays like shit.

They should come up with something abit better when they get paid to do it, maybe they even should pay amatures to make official maps for them, since this is just really insane that the quality of the people who made the engiene is lower than the communitys work.

Just my 2 bucks.
