I think the proportions that are off aren't noticeable (we have already rigged, weighted, and animated them). Check the screenshot I posted, can you notice anything off?

playermodels look great! FA:S created player models has been one of the major holdbacks to release.

interesting point about the length of the arms. hadn't even noticed. lol, of course i stood up at my desk and let my arms flop down, and sure as shit...

i say redo the arms. he shouldn't have sleaves on anyhow, they should be torn at the shoulders so we could all see his burly Rambo arms :lol:

it seems like with all the equipment on the soldiers body that there is going to be a lot of clipping with them and the arms

are you guys using the Valve biped skeleton?

If so it looks like you should turn the clavicle a bit forward in some of those poses. Also changing weightmap isn't so hard, you only have to change them on the reference smd and it carries over to every animation.

There's alot of clipping on like every character model for every game, but nobody ever notices it. Around the elbows, knees and sometimes armpits are the worst.
