I think I got more enjoyment out of Ep1 than Ep2, so if Robin is leading the project I guess it won't be so bad.

I remember them saying that the EP1 team went to work on EP3 as soon as EP1 was released. Which means it's had the longest development cycle. Which means I'm sooo excited. I'm wondering who the team leader on it is, the last answer could actually mean that Robin Walker is leading EP3 as well (he lead EP1) and while I'm 100000% addicted to TF2, EP1 was not quite as good as EP2 I think (though that is probably intentionalish).

But guuuuys, we gonna be craftin items....

so how many of you would not feel ripped off about left 4 dead 2 if say it was part of a second "orange box" like package, that would include L4D2, Portal 2, HL EP3 and TF2 with another update????? of course also allowing their own SKUs separately...

read that again and then quietly wait until November and be nice to valve they know what they are doing...

People aren't mad that it's being developed, people are mad because it's a complete stand alone game instead of an expansion for L4D1. People think it's going to kill L4D1, which nobody really wants. Everyone is split, I've seen a bunch of people say "Yay for L4D2," and a whole other bunch go "NO GET THIS SHIT OUT OF HERE." I could honestly care less, but I really don't see some of those L4D2 boycott demands (If there are any, and not just that crazed MODDB group) too difficult to abide by. Simply grouping it with some other games isn't going to do it for a lot of people.
