The Interlopers Package, sign up before October 14th!

Postby Blink on Sat Sep 26, 2009 9:54 pm

Some of you may remember the Interlopers Package, some of you may not. The Package was originally a project started by Emazing back in February '08. It was well recieved, and gained some 30 followers, but died a few months later because Emazing disappeared from Interlopers. However, in July this year, thanks to Mayhem and 1447, the project was revived with 1447 as the new leader.

So, what exactly is this project all about? This is the fun part. You see, we have an inflatable hammer. Which we're going to send around the world to each member signed up for this. And each member is going to take a picture of themself, with the hammer. Then they're going to upload their image(s) on a USB stick, which will be shipped together with the hammer to the next person. When the Hammer reaches the last person on the list, he will upload all the pictures here, for us to enjoy.

The project is now going well with over 30 members signed up. But, the men in charge found out that those who are ignorant and/or absent enough to not know about the project yet, need to get a chance to sign up too. And that is why we have decided to post this news article on the front page of our glorious site.

The deadline for signing up is currently set to October 14th. Signing up after this will in some cases be possible, but for simplicity's sake, let's try to keep the deadline. We are aiming at getting the Package out on its journey before November 1st.

If you have a question about the Package, or want to sign up, you can post in the official thread or send a PM to 1447.

Ar Ou Ef El

Yeah. I would never have known about this if it was never posted as a news article.
The only sections I actually look through are Under Construction and Completed maps.
Mainly because this is what INTERLOPERS IS ABOUT! Lol.

If you get a virus browsing through pictures, then you probably aren't aware of which file formats are potentially dangerous. You'll be fine as long as you only view jpg, png, tga, bmp and so on.
