Even though I love KotOR and I know I would love Mass Effect/Dragon Age if I had the money to buy them, I'm rooting for Valve. They make amazing single and multiplayer games, the latter of which I've played to death.

L4D - 220 hours
L4D2 - 104 hours
TF2 - 67 hours

And in all that time I've had more fun than I would in any singleplayer Bioware game because most of it was spent with freinds. I've made 2 very good ones through these games who I talk to just about every day. We buy 4 packs together, we send care packages of external harddrives and alcohol to eachother. I would never have found them without good old Valve by my side.
