so it has to be out for 11am PDT right, how do you convert that to GMT?

It's kinda bad that Valve's faceposer is still the best face animation tools out there. I mean seriously, are we all that fucking slow that such an old engine can continue to be the best at something that should be so much more advanced since the days of HL2's creation?

I don't think it is at all. It's entirely becase Valve have some of the best animators.
