Steam for Mac: May 12th

You may remember that we recently reported that Valve were planning to release a Mac version of Steam.

Received a short email this morning:

Valve today announced the public release of Steam for the Mac is May 12. Please stay tuned for more information.

It'll probably support both OpenGL and DirectX.

I'm not getting my hopes up just to be disappointed though... <.< It would open up for a lot of indie devs on steam to sell their wares for more platforms though.
